摘要
分析了汽车发动机缸盖罩浇注系统的结构,并设计了优化的浇注系统。借助JScast软件对压铸合金液充型时的温度场进行仿真分析,对缺陷进行预测。结果显示,采用优化的浇注系统,铸件体积缩减了约4.5%,合金液充型平稳。
Analyzing the structure of gating system for automotive engine cylinder cover, an optimized runner and exhausting-overflow system was designed. Using JScast software to simulate and analyze the temperature field of liquid alloy filling in pressure casting process, and predict the casting defect. Test results show that, using the optimized gating system, the casting’s volume is reduced by 4.5%, and the alloy liquid is smooth in filling process.
