摘要
针刺的或深或浅,除了影响医疗安全外,更关系到临床疗效。对此,在中医典籍中也早有告诫。目前关于如何提高针刺疗效的研究角度与方法不胜枚举,但对于经络循行的深度以及针刺深浅对疗效的影响这一基本的问题,并未予以足够的重视。文章从经典出发,结合笔者的临床实践,试图从针刺深浅与经络的关系,与病情病位的关系,与得气的关系等方面揭示掌握好进针深浅的重要意义,强调深浅不当的害处,认为得气并不一定是有效的标志,刺激量也并不等同于疗效,同时,也介绍了如何把握好针刺深浅的基本方法。
The depth of acupuncture treatment will influence the medical security and the curative effect. Some classic medical books mentioned it. Although, there are many statements about this question, many doctors did not pay attention to it. This paper was starting from the classic medical books, and combining with the author＇s clinical experience, trying to reveal the relationship between the depth of acupuncture treatment and collateral channels from the depth with condition or get the qi. As well as to emphasize the harm of the depth of acupuncture treatment was not suitable. And I thought get the qi might be not the sign of effective, and quantity of stimulus was not equivalent to the effect, besides, I introduced the basic method of how to control the depth of acupuncture treatment.
