摘要
阐述了本科院校教研专业素养的具体要求,对提升本科医学教师专业素养提出了加强师德修养、增强专业知识及技能积累、加强对教师教学能力的培养等建议。
This paper describes specific requirements to undergraduate teaching professional literacy. It suggests to undergraduate medical teachers that to strengthen teachers’ moral cultivation, professional knowledge and skill accumulation, training of teachers' teaching ability and so on.
