摘要
金属矿山采矿工程的底部结构设计是采矿方法设计的关键内容之一,恰当的底部结构对于实现矿体安全高效的回采、提高资源回收率起着至关重要的作用。文章回顾了人工假底的早期应用,介绍了人工假底的理论研究方法以及在金属矿山中的应用现状,重点分析比较了钢筋混凝土、钢结构、膏体充填、坑木和钢筋网柔性隔离等五种人工假底形式的优缺点,并提出了当前迫切需要解决的问题。文章认为随着安全生产意识的加强和矿产资源日益短缺,人工假柱将得到更为广泛的应用。
The bottom structure of mining engineering is a key element in designing mining method for the appropriate bottom structure is favorable to improve the recovery rate and reduce the loss. This paper introduces the theoretical research methods and applications of artificial false bottom in metallic mines. The advantages and disadvantages of five kinds of materials of artificial false bottom including reinforced concrete, steel, paste filling, mine timber and steel mesh flexible isolation are analyzed. Some pressing problems are put forward. Prosthesis column will be widely applied due to the needs of safe mining and mineral shortage.
