摘要
通过实验研究了LiF(Mg,Cu,P)热释光探测器在退火温度不变,退火时间过长的情况下对测量结果的影响。测量结果表明,在退火温度保持(240±2)℃不变的情况下,退火时间过长对LiF(Mg,Cu,P)热释光探测器的测量结果基本没有影响,在个人剂量监测中,这个影响可忽略。
The influence of annealing time for LiF ( Mg, Cu, P) thermo-luminescence detector measurement results were investigated by experiments .It shows that when annealing temperature keeps invariant ( 240 ± 2℃) , long annealing time has little influence on measurement results , especially for individual dose monito-ring.
