摘要
采用浸渍法制备了Pt/CeO2-ZrO2/Al2O3/金属载体催化剂,测定了其对低浓度甲烷催化燃烧活性。结果表明,Pt/CeO2-ZrO2/Al2O3/金属载体催化剂具有良好的催化活性,Pt负载量大的催化剂活性越好,7%Pt/[CeO2-ZrO2/Al2O3]催化剂的T50为359℃、T90为442℃,空速为15000h-1,1%甲烷转化率可达92%。
Pt / CeO2-ZrO2/Al2O3 catalysts coated on metallic substrate are produced by the method of impregnation and the catalytic oxidation activity on low concentration methane is determined. The result indicates that Pt / CeO2-ZrO2/Al2O3 catalytic metallic substrates have high catalytic activity. The higher Pt is loaded, the better the catalytic activity is. 7% Pt / CeO2-ZrO2/Al2O3 catalyst' T50 is 359℃anal the T90 iS 442℃, the space velocity is 15000h-1, and the methane removals reaches 92%.
