摘要
蒸煮处理水合氢氧化锆制备了ZrO2A;将水合氢氧化锆静置过夜制得ZrO2B;以此两种载体通过初湿浸渍法制得Ru/ZrO2催化剂.在BET测试中,ZrO2A载体及其相应催化剂的比表面积远高于ZrO2B载体及相应催化剂.TPR表明Ru/ZrO2A中Ru的分散性更好,金属与载体的相互作用更为紧密.以苯酚和乙酸水溶液为模拟废水进行催化剂的评价,结果表明,Ru/ZrO2A无论是在反应活性还是稳定性上均优于Ru/ZrO2B.
ZrO 2 A was prepared by digesting hydrous zirconia;ZrO 2 B prepared by left undigested overnight.Noble catalysts Ru/ZrO 2 of the two supports were prepared with incipient wet impregnation respectively.The supports and catalysts were examined by BET,indicating that S BET of the ZrO 2 A and of corresponding catalyst are far greater than their counterparts,ZrO 2 B and Ru/ZrO 2 B.TPR results suggest that Ru loaded on ZrO 2 A is better dispersed and metal support interaction is more compact compared with Ru/ZrO 2 B.Phenol and acetic acid solutions are taken as model wastewater for catalytic wet oxidation investigations and the consequents indicate that Ru/ZrO 2 A is more active and stable than Ru/ZrO 2 B on removal of the two kinds of organics.
