摘要
经过20多年的探索与实践,晋煤集团与中国矿业大学、西安煤炭科学研究院等单位合作,根据煤炭开发时空接替规律,将煤矿区划分为规划区、准备区、生产区三个区间,分区采用地面钻井排采、地面与井下联合抽采以及本煤层钻孔抽采等不同的技术措施以保证煤炭安全高效生产,初步实现了煤矿区煤炭与煤层气两种资源安全高效协调开发。三区联动的区域递进式立体抽采模式(晋城模式),初步解决了煤层气开发与煤炭开采的时空矛盾,提高了煤炭资源回收率,实现了煤矿瓦斯井下抽采和地面原位抽采两个独立的产业模式的有效衔接。
Based on more than 20 years' exploration and practice, Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group had worked with China University of Mining and Technology, Xi' an Research Institute of CCTEG, etc. , and divides the mining area into three regions, including the planning area, the preparation are and the production area, in accordance with time - space replacement regularities of coal. Different technical measures, including drainage by surface drilling, combination of surface drilling and underground drain age, borehole drilling in the coal seams, etc. are applied in different regions, to guarantees the effective and safety coal production, and preliminarily realize the coordinate development CBM and CMM. Regional and progressive CBM/CMM stereoextraction by integrating three regions (Jincheng Mode) resolves the contradiction between space and time of CBM development and coal mining, improve the recovery rate of coal resources, and realize the coordination of the two independent industry modes of underground CMM drainage and CBM surface development.
