碘-苯酚混合液联合Vitapex糊剂在非手术治疗恒牙根尖囊肿中的临床应用研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察碘-苯酚混合液联合Vitapex非手术治疗恒牙根尖囊肿的应用效果，评价其在根尖囊肿治疗中的临床应用价值。方法随机收集62例前牙和前磨牙根尖囊肿患者，囊肿病变范围0．5～2．5cm2，根管预备后，以碘一苯酚混合液自根管注入囊腔破坏囊壁内皮。囊腔内无囊液渗出后，以Vitapex糊剂经根管充填于囊腔及根管内，氧化锌水门汀暂封，3个月后若患者无自主不适症状且根尖片显示囊肿病变区骨密度较治疗前增高则行常规根管充填，定期随访。结果62例根尖囊肿患者，随访6个月，治愈率85．48％，总有效率93．55％。结论碘-苯酚混合液联合Vitapex糊剂治疗小范围根尖囊肿简便易行，结果可靠，值得应用和推广。
