摘要
钛合金因其优越的比强度、机械性能和抗腐蚀性等优点而广泛应用于航空工业,但由于热导率低、弹性模量小、化学活性高等问题而导致其切削加工性差。介绍了大进给铣削技术这种高速高效的钛合金加工方法,分析了大进给数控加工程序编制带来的效率、品质和成本等方面的问题,提出了相应的加工程序优化方案,并在实际产品上进行了验证。
Titanium alloys are widely used in aviation industry due to its superior strength-weight ratio,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and so on,but their machinability is poor,because of their low thermal conductivity,low elastic modulus,high chemical activity and some other properties.This paper briefly introduces the high feed milling with a high speed and high efficient machining technology for titanium alloys and analyzes the machining efficiency,quality and cost which are brought by NC machining programming for high feed milling.According to the problems above,an optimization scheme of machining program is put forward and verified on actual products.
