摘要 采用有限元的方法,首先对带圆孔板的应力场和疲劳寿命进行了仿真,将仿真结果与实验结果对比,验证了仿真方法的正确性。然后对不同孔口形状的板进行应力场和疲劳寿命仿真,并与圆孔板的仿真结果对比,对孔边应力集中系数和疲劳寿命随孔口形状变化的规律进行了探讨。 In this paper, first, the finite element method (FEM) is used to simulate the stress and the fatigue life of the board with a round hole. Then the simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the accuracy of the simulation method. Second, the stress and the fatigue life of boards with different hole are simulated, and then they are compared with the board with round hole. Finally, the rule of the stress concentration factor and the fatigue life of different holes are discussed.
