摘要
研究了采用光电编码器测量卧式车床主轴转速的方法,采用可编程逻辑器件来完成数字信号的采集。在分析传统测速方法的基础上,提出了改进型的测速方法。实验表明,该系统性能稳定,测量精度高。
This paper studies the method of using photoelectric encoder in speed measurement system of lathe and uses the programmable logic device to complete digital signal acquisition.After the analysis of the traditional measuring method,it also puts forward an improved measurement method.The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of high stability and precision measurement.
