摘要
在分析 M 法、T 法,M/T 法这三种基于数字脉冲计数的电机测速方法的基本原理及其误差根源的基础上,以 TI 公司的数字信号处理芯片 TMS320LF2407A 为核心,使用改进的 M/T 法,介绍了 DSP(DigitalSignal Processor)在电机测速中的应用,并给出了一种快速高精度数字式转速测量系统的软硬件实现方法.这种转速测量系统具有测速精度高、测速范围宽和测速精度与被测转速无关等优点,具有广阔的应用前景.
The basic principle and speed measurement error of three kinds of motor speed measurement method are analyzed detailedly,such as M method,T method and M/T method based on digital pulse counting,adopting improved M/T method and using Digital Signal Processor—TMS320LF2407A made by TI company,DSP application in speed measurement is introduced.The hardware and software designs of a high precision and fast sampling speed measurement system are provided,The speed measurement system is of high accuracy,wide measuring range and measuring precision which is independent of rotation rate being measured.Therefore,this speed measurement system can be applied extensively.
