摘要
实现技术创新要素全面、同步创新,是提高企业技术创新效率与能力的基本要求。按照创新要素性质和作用的不同,可以将企业技术创新要素细分为思想因素、技术因素、产品因素、市场因素和组织因素,它们之间相互联系、相互配合、相互制约,主导企业技术创新的全过程。以广州H公司技术创新案例进行实证研究,表明上述5个因素之间的协同,为公司技术创新提供了保障。
The comprehensive, synchronized innovation of the technology innovation Elements is the basic requirements to improve the technological innovation efficiency and technological innovation capacity for company. According to nature and role of different elements, the technology innovation Elements of organization can be divided into ideological factors, techni- cal factors, product factors, market factors, organizational factors, they restrain and cooperate with each other, and they dominate the whole process of enterprise technology innovation. The technology innovation case of Guangzhou H company shows the company＇s technological innovation activities reflected in the above five aspects, and the synchronization innova- tion between the five factors to guarantee the success of the company＇s technological innovation.
