红外光谱内标法测定氟硅酸钾废渣中的氟硅酸钾

Determination of Potassium Fluosilicate in Potassium Fluosilicate Waste Slag by Internal Standard Method of FTIR

摘要 用红外光谱内标法(K3[Fe(CN)6)]·6H2O为内标物)测定了氟硅酸钾废渣中氟硅酸钾的含量。实验表明:氟硅酸钾废渣的红外光谱中氟硅酸钾的测量峰(484.0cm-1)和K3[Fe(CN)6)]·6H2O的内标峰(2092.9cm-1)的峰高比(y=hi/hs)与两者质量比(x=mi/ms)有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为y=1.9875x+0.2557,相关系数r=0.9953。据此测得氟硅酸钾废渣中氟硅酸钾的含量为57.79%,相对标准偏差为0.74%,加标回收率为97.0%—98.7%。该方法无需分离提取,简便,快速,成本低,测定结果准确,特别适合批量检测和快速检测,有应用价值。 Potassium ferricyanide was added into potassium fluosilicate samples as internal reference and the mixtures were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry (FT-IR). The peak of potassium fluosilicate at 484.0cm-1 was chosen as quantitative peak and the one of potassium ferricyanide at 2092.9cm-1 was chosen as inside mark quantitative peak. The ratio of two peak's absorbance (y=hi/hs) had good linear relationship with their mass ratio (x=mi/ms). The linear regression equation wasy=1.9875x+0.2557, with the correlation coefficient r = 0.9953. The contents of potassium fluosilicate in the potassium fluosilicate waste slag was 57.79%, the relatively standard deviation was 0.74%, the recoveries of the method were 97.0%-98.7%. This method does not require separation and extraction, especially for batch testing and rapid detection, there is value.
