分子遗传技术在血吸虫变异方面的研究进展

Research progress of molecular genetic analysis in Schistosoma variation

摘要 分子生物学技术的发展为研究血吸虫遗传变异做出了重要贡献。近年来发展起来的可用于血吸虫遗传变异分析的分子技术主要包括限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)、随机扩增多态性技术(RAPD)、微卫星锚定PCR(SSR-PCR)、聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性(PCR-SSCP)等。本文主要就这些分子遗传技术在血吸虫变异方面的研究进展作一综述。 The development of molecular biology techniques makes important contributions to the researches of heritable varia tion of Schistosoma. In recent years, the molecular genetic analysis in the Schistosoma variation researches mainly includes the re striction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP), random amplified polymorphism technology (RAPD) , microsatellite anchored PCR (SSR-PCR), and polymerase reaction single-strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP). This article reviews the re search progress of molecular genetic analysis in Schistosoma variation in recent years.
