摘要
从城市综合体建筑的负荷特性出发,探讨以办公、商业为主的城市综合体在系统设计时,逐时负荷系数及同时使用系数的确定方法,为冷热源系统的配置增加其合理性;并以上海某办公、商业为主的城市综合体为实例,分析分布式能源应用的可行性,确立了分布式能源天然气冷热电三联供系统的供能方案,并且制定了系统的运行策略;通过与常规系统做比较,对分布式能源进行了经济环境效益分析,为该类建筑的系统设计提供了参考。
The determination of the hourly load factor as well as the diversity factor in the office, business-oriented urban complex buildings is investigated by considering the load of urban complex. So it can make the configuration reasonable. The feasibility of distributed energy application is analyzed for an urban complex in Shanghai, establishing natural gas combined cooling-heating-power system with running strategy. Comparing with the conventional system, economic and environmental benefits are analyzed, pro-viding a reference for similar construction at the system design.
