心脑脉舒口服液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的考察心脑脉舒口服液临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,对200例明确诊断为冠心病心绞痛患者进行用药后临床疗效观察,考察凝血指标、血小板计数、血压、C反应蛋白等客观指标及西雅图心绞痛量表评估用药前后患者的机体功能和生活质量等主观指标。结果 2组患者血压改变差异具有统计学意义,服用该药的患者收缩压和舒张压较对照组降低更明显;用药组患者心绞痛症状稳定情况优于对照组。结论心脑脉舒口服液在改善心绞痛症状、稳定冠心病心绞痛病情中具有良好临床疗效,其作用原因可能是降低血压,进而降低了心脏负荷。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Xin-Nao-Mai-Shu oral liquid. METHODS All of 200 cases in-patients diagnosed coronary heart disease were divided into Xin-Nao-Mai-Shu oral liquid group and control group randomly to observe the effect of Xin-Nao-Mai-Shu oral liquid. Some objective indicators results like international normalized ratio, platelet count, blood pressure(systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure), C-reaction protein before and after given Xin-Nao-Mai-Shu oral liquid were recorded and seattle angina questionnaire was used to assess the body function and quality of life before and after treatment, respectively. RESULTS Blood pressure change in two groups of patients had significant difference(P〈0.05). Those in the case group took Xin-Nao-Mai-Shu oral liquid, whose systolic and diastolic blood pressure reduced significantly than the control group. Patients had stabler angina symptoms than those in the control group. CONCLUSION The Xin-Nao-Mai-Shu oral liquid has good curative effect in reducing blood pressure by improving angina tolerance.
