摘要
城乡发展一体化状态的度量是城乡均衡发展问题由定性分析转向定量分析的基础。本文从具有明确内涵与清晰外延的城乡发展一体化水平评价理论分析框架出发,构建了包含35个基础指标的城乡发展一体化指数,采用两步全局主成分分析法对中国不同尺度2000—2011年城乡发展一体化水平的面板数据进行测度,并从时间序列与地区差异两个角度分析测度结果。时间序列分析结果表明,21世纪以来中国整体、区域和省际三个层面的城乡发展一体化指数均不断提高,这主要归因于城乡经济一体化与城乡空间一体化水平的提高;地区差异分析结果表明,21世纪以来中国城乡发展一体化水平差异较大但呈收敛趋势,省际分布整体呈现"自东向西逐渐降低,东北三省穿插其中"的经济地理特征,这种空间格局变化较小且比较稳定,中国城乡发展一体化水平差异的主要原因在于西部地区与东部地区内部差异较大,东、中、西、东北四大地带间的差异较小且呈收敛趋势。
To measure the statement of urban-rural development integration is the basement of studying the problem of urban-rural balanced development from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis. Based on the definite intension and clear extension of urban-rural development integration, this paper builds the index of urban-rural development integration,which constitutes 35 basic indicators. Dynamic principal component analysis is used here to calculate the panel data of indexes of urban-rural development integration on different scaled regions from 2000 to 2011. We analyze the index from two perspectives of time series and regional difference. Fluctuation results show that the indexes of urban-rural development integration have been improved to a certain extent in overall level and regional level and provincial level from 2000 to 2011, largely because of urban-rural economic integration and urban-rural space integration. Regional difference results show that the difference of the index of urban-rural development integration in China is large but convergent. Provincial spatial distribution shows ＂economic geographical feature＂ of ＂gradually reducing from east region to west region, northeast region throughout＂ and this distribution feature changes little. What＇s more, the main factors of large difference of urban-rural development integration level in China lie in the inner large differences of west region and east region. The difference among the four regions is small and convergent.
