摘要
目的探讨氦氖激光照射治疗罂粟碱肌内注射所致硬结的疗效。方法将60例行罂粟碱肌内注射所致硬结患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组予氦氖激光局部照射硬结处皮肤,对照组予土豆片外敷,观察2组注射部位硬结、疼痛消退的程度。结果治疗组有效率为90%,明显高于对照组的60%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用氦氖激光治疗罂粟碱肌内注射所致硬结疗效显著,操作简单,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of he-he laser irradiation on scleroma caused by the intramuscular in- jection of papaverine. Methods 60 patients with papaverine intramuscular injection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given helium-neon laser irradiation for treatment, while the control group treated with external application of potato chips. Then to observe the induration, pain subsided level of injection site. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, which was higher than 60% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The ：helium-neon laser has significant effect in the treat- ment of scleroma caused by the intramuscular injection of papaverine , and the operation of which is simple, safe and reliable. It is worthy of clinical application.
