摘要
青年学生群体作为同辈群体和非正式的群体是学校校园文化的有机组成部分，是学校隐蔽课程的重要组成要素。一方面，教育发展的种种迹象表明，正确有效地利用大学生群体的教育影响作用，是现代教育发展的客观的现实的需要；另一方面，在学校对青年学生群体管理和引导与其现实发展之间，还存在着强烈的反差。因此，学校有必要在加强对青年学生群体的建设和管理的过程中，将此作为综合提高学生全面素质的现实途径之一。
Groups of young students belong to peer groups informal groups. However, they are an organic composition of the campus culture, a fundamental element of the concealed courses of schooling. The development of education indicates that it is an objective requirement of reality for the developing modern education to make use of the educational influence of groups of college students positively. other hand, there exists intense contracts between the administration and guidance for groups of young students from schools and the actual development of them. Hence, It is essential that we treat the phenomenon as one of the practical approaches to enhancing the all round quality of students when we are strengthening the development and administration of them.
