摘要
本文关注体育专业大学生的价值观与心理健康之间的关系 ,试图构建以价值观调节为核心的心理教育模式。文章的三个部分分别讨论了此模式的可行性、目标系统及操作程序。
People's values always influence their mental health, and so do collgeg students. This paper concerns about the relations between students' values and their mental health of physical education specialty, and wants to construct a model of psychological education, which centers on values adjustment. The three parts of the paper are the feasibility, the goal system and the operational procedure of the model of psychological education.
