ILT4基因在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用及其功能初步研究 被引量:3

A preliminary study on the effect and function of ILT4 gene in occurrence and development of ovarian cancer

摘要 目的:探讨免疫球蛋白样转录子4(ILT4)在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用并初步推测其功能。方法:收集卵巢癌患者129例,并以子宫肌瘤患者100例为对照,以免疫组化和RT-PCR方法对观察对象进行病理组织中ILT4基因表达和检测,比较患者与对照组患者基因表达差异,并分析不同病理和临床特征与ILT4表达关系。结果:在卵巢癌患者中检测ILT4mRNA(1.85±1.52),ILT4蛋白(37.24±10.62),对照组中ILT4未检出,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、不同病理类型间ILT4表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而是否存在淋巴转移、不同高中低分化程度及不同肿瘤大小间ILT4表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ILT4高表达于卵巢癌患者,而在子宫肌瘤患者中不表达;ILT4与肿瘤大小、恶性程度及是否发生淋巴结转移密切相关,可以作为卵巢癌诊断和预后的指标。 Objective: To explore the effect of immunoglobulin -like transcript 4 (ILT4) gene in occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and speculate its function preliminarily. Methods: A total of 129 patients with were collected, and 100 patients with hystero- myoma were selected as control group, immnnohistochemistry and RT - PCR method were used to observe and compare the expressions of ILT4 gene in the two groups; the relationship between different elinicopathological characteristics and ILT4 expression. Results: The expres- sions of ILT4 mRNA and protein in ovarian cancer group were ( 1.85 ± 1.52 ) and ( 37.24±10. 62 ), respectively ; ILT4 was not found in control group, and the differences were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; there was no statistically significant difference in the expression of ILT4 a- mong patients in different age group and with different pathological types ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but there was statistically significant difference in the expression of ILT4 among the patients with lymph node metastasis or not, different differential degrees, and different tumor diameters ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : ILT4 expression is high in ovarian cancer patients but it doesnt express in patients with hysteromyoma, ILT4 is close- ly related to tumor size, degree of malignancy, and lymph node metastasis, which can be used as a diagnostic and prognostic marker for ovar-ian cancer.
