摘要
通过两步法制备了pH敏感型聚合物葡聚糖(Dex)-聚丙烯酸(PAA)包裹的双模型介孔SiO2(BMMs)纳米复合材料(D-P/BMMs),并采用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG和N2吸附-脱附手段对其进行了结构表征。以布洛芬(IBU)为模型药物详细考察了D-P/BMMs对药物IBU的缓释及pH敏感控释性能。结果表明,BMMs介孔有序度由于Dex-PAA的包裹而降低;IBU在pH=7.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的释放率达到46%,明显高于在pH=2.0中的释放率(约26%),说明D-P/BMMs具有较强的pH敏感性,是一种良好的药物控释载体。
The pH-responsive bimodal mesoporous SiO2 nanocomposite (D-P/BMMs) was prepared via two-steps method,which was achieved by the combination of pH-responsive Dex-PAA polymer with the bimodal mesoporous silica (BMMs).The structural characteristics and textural properties of the resultant D-P/BMMs were characterized by means of XRD,SEM,FT-IR,TG and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques,which demonstrated that the mesoporous ordered degree of BMMs was decreased because of coating of Dex-PAA polymer.Meanwhile,the pH-responsive drug-controlled delivery was systematically investigated by using ibuprofen as a model drug under phosphate buffer solutions (PBS) with different pH values,and the results showed that the releasing yield of ibuprofen was up to 46% at pH=7.4 more than that at pH=2.0 (around 26%),suggesting that the D-P/BMMs nanocomposite has an excellent performance of pH-responsive drug delivery.
