泰州市高港区1165例体检血脂结果分析

摘要 目的了解高港区居民健康状况,减少心血管疾病的危险因素,为制订高血脂预防措施提供依据。方法采用人口比例概率抽样(PPS)的方法,随机抽取1165例体检者,在日立7180生化分析仪上测定三酰甘油、总胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结果1165例体检者中三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平在理想范围内的人数分别为937、933、952例,各占80.43%、80.09%和81.72%。大于30岁的男性中三酰甘油异常者102例,占8.76%;大于40岁的女性中三酰甘油异常者98例,占8.41%。总胆固醇水平边缘增高及升高女性大于50岁者有91倒,占7.81%。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低在31~40岁组男性明显高于女性。结论对重点人群早做宣传预防,知悉高血脂的危险因素,提高预防知识,注意生活方式,并定期组织体检,及时发现异常情况,对预防和减少心脑肾等血管病的发生有重要的意义。 Objective In order to understand the health status of residents in Gaogang area and reduce cardiovascular risk fac- tors,the blood lipid were analyzed in 1 165 people physical examination,and grasped the situation about the residents′ lipid metabo- lism in this area, then provided the scientific basis for preventing blood lipid. Methods Using population proportional sampling (PPS) method,1 165 people were chosen randomly and the serum triglyceride, total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein using Hitachi 7180 biochemical analyzer. Results The survey of 1 165 people in triglycerides,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein in the desired range were respectively 937,933,952, which accounted for about 80.43% ,80.09 %and 81.72%respectively. The num- ber of TG abnormalities for male over 30 years old whose TG abnormalities was 102 and it accounted for 8. 760/oo. The number of TG abnormalities for female over 40 years old was 98 people and it accounted for 8.41%. The number of female over 50 years old whose total cholesterol verge increased was 91 which accounted for 7.18%. The number of males whose high density lipoproteins decrease was significantly higher than the number of female in 31-40 group. Conclusion This analysis is very important for special groups to propagandize and prevent as soon as possible, to know about risk factors about high lipid, to improve the prevention knowledge,to pay attention to lifestyle, and to organize regular physical examination, to detect the abnormal situation, to prevent and reduce cardiovascular and renal vascular disease.
