摘要
基于API有杆抽油系统计算方法,利用EXCEL对四种杆柱设计方法进行结果计算与比较分析。通过分析可以看出,修正的API设计方法与WEST设计方法计算结果一致;Neely设计方法与等强度设计方法结果一致。以上两类设计的各级杆柱长度具有较大的差异,但最大载荷与最小载荷没有差别。四种设计方法的设计原则——表达式尽管不同,但实质是一样的——杆柱顶端应力全落在修正的古得曼图安全区域内,并具有相同的安全系数,应力连线平行于最大许用应力线,说明杆柱设计是合理科学的。对于生产中处于同一条件下的油井,杆柱的设计结果有多种,其同样适于生产要求。
Based on calculating method of the API rod pumping system,four pole pillar design methods is calculated and compared to the results of analysis by using EXCEL. Through,revised API designing method is consistent to calculation results from the WEST correction;Neely designing method consistent to designing method of the same strength Every grades of rod string length of the above two categories of design has a much differences,but no difference in the maximum load and minimum load. Four design principles of design,despite the different expressions,while the essence is the same,the top of the rod string stress falls on the full correction of Gudeman plot safe region,and has the same safety factor,stress parallel connection the maximum allowable stress line,indicating rod string design is reasonable and scientific. For the production wells in the same condition,the result of the design of a variety of the post,which is also suitable for production requirements.
