摘要
文章针对国外某900 kt/a连续重整装置(AXENS专利)与国内某1.80 Mt/a连续重整装置(AXENS专利)中所使用的往复式压缩机在平面布置和出入口管道的配管设计方面出现的差异进行分析。分析涉及连续重整压缩机厂房占地面积、工艺流程、管道投资、压力损失以及管件数量、支架设置、结构工程量等方面。通过分析,力争使连续重整装置的往复式压缩机厂房布置及管道设计达到合理和经济。
This article compares the plot plan and piping design of the reciprocating compressors in a 900kt/a CCR unit abroad(licensed by AXENS) and a 800kt/a CCR unit in China(licensed by UOP),and briefly discusses the technical points for piping discipline in technical negotiation and clarification of reciprocating compressor as well as the points for attention in on-site technical support.
