摘要
农村职业教育是直接为"三农"服务的教育形式。甘肃省的农村职业教育基础非常薄弱,不利于全省经济社会的整体协调发展。以农村职业教育的现状为基础,探讨甘肃发展农村职业教育的影响因子,指出其根本原因是国家发展农村职业教育的宏观调控不能满足农民个体对自身利益的追求,只有从根本上正确认识农村职业教育的价值,尊重农民的选择,努力做到减少失业保障就业,加之合理的制度安排,优良的办学质量,让农民切实感受到接受农村职业教育对子女来说也是一种很有前途的选择。唯有这样,农村职业教育才能获得长足的发展,真正满足受教育者的个人利益。
The rural occupation education is a kind of education form directly serving for agriculture. The basis of rural occupation education in Gansu province is very weak,and this kind of situation is not conducive to the overall coordination of economic and social development. Based on the present status of rural occupation education,the impact factors of Gansu rural development occupation education are discussed in this paper. The fundamental factor is that macro-control of the national development of rural occupation education can not meet the individual pursuit of the interests for the farmers themselves. Only by thoroughly calibrating understanding of rural occupation education value and respecting the farmer’s choice,the unemployment employment can be reduced.In addition,the reasonable system arrangement and excellent teaching quality are also necessary to make the farmers accept children’s education. Only by this way can the rural occupation education obtain the considerable development and truly make individual interests come true.
