摘要
利用NCBI中公布的Avrpiz-t基因序列设计特异引物,对黑龙江省四个作物种植区的108个稻瘟病菌菌株进行PCR扩增,明确稻瘟病菌无毒基因Avrpiz-t在黑龙江省四个作物种植区的分布情况。结果表明,供试108个菌株中有82%的菌株是正常基因,广泛分布于黑龙江省四个作物种植区,在供试的菌株中10.4%的菌株未扩增出条带,分布于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ作物种植区,第Ⅳ作物种植区的菌株均能扩增到条带;高带型菌株(有转座子Pot3插入)10个,占供试菌株的9.4%,在四个作物种植区内均有分布。
Using PCR amplification method, and avirulence genes Avrpiz-t that published in NCBI gene sequence to design specific primer, 108 isolates of Magnaporthe oryzea of four cultivation in Heilongjiang Province were test, to make it clear the rice blast fungus avirulence gene Avrpiz-t in distribution of four crop-growing zone in Heilongjiang Province. Research results indicated that 82% strains had normal gene of the 108 strains for test, broad distribution in Heilongjiang Province four crop planting zones. There were 10.4% strains of the 108 strains for test no strape, and distribution in I, II and Ill crop planting zones, and the isolates in IV crop planting district of strains were all had strape; 10 strains with high strape type (Pot3 insert), which ccounted for 10%, and distributed in four a crop planting district.
