摘要
以48份黑龙江省主栽水稻品种为实验材料,利用基于水稻抗稻瘟病基因Pi-5本身设计的三对分子标记JJ113-T3、JJ80-T3、JJ81-T3筛选含有该抗稻瘟病基因的水稻品种,同时采用黑龙江省稻瘟病主要生理小种进行混合接种鉴定。结果表明,供试材料中龙粳香1号、龙交06-192、龙粳20、龙粳25、合江19、绥粳9、龙稻5和松粳3共8个品种含有Pi-5基因。实验结果明确抗稻瘟病基因Pi-5在黑龙江省主栽品种中的分布情况并评价其分子标记在黑龙江省抗病育种的应用价值,同时对于寒地水稻生产中抗稻瘟病品种的选择以及抗稻瘟病育种实践具有重要意义。
The 48 rice cultivars in Heilongjiang province were used as experimental materials in this study. By using molecular markers JJ113-T3 ,JJ80-T3 ,JJ81-T3 designed on the rice blast resistance genePi-5 ,the 48 rice cul- tivars were screened to find genePi-5 and inoculated by the main physiological rice blast in Heilongjiang province. The experimental results showed that thePi-Sgene were found in eight cultivars(Longjingxiang 1, Longjiao 06-192, Longjing 20, Longjing 25, Hejiang 19, Suijing 9, Longdao 5 and Songjing 3 ). The results had an important meaning on the choice of resistance to blast cultivar and breeding in practice.
