微生物复合菌剂对玉米秸杆腐熟及玉米产量的影响

摘要 采用2种土源(黑龙江省弱酸性土和山西省弱碱性土)进行秸秆腐熟剂应用效果试验.以玉米秸秆还田为对照组(A组),研究了秸秆还田并施微生物复合菌剂(B组)在发酵过程中土壤营养的变化,秸秆腐熟程度以及玉米产量的变化.结果显示:在同等管理条件下,不论酸性土或碱性土,在秸秆还田基础上施用腐熟剂后,土壤中有机质、碱解氮、速效磷等养分含量均有所增加.玉米秸秆在微生物复合菌剂作用下可加速其腐解和养分释放,同时能明显改善玉米农艺性状和增产. The experiment dopted two kinds of soil source (Weak acid soil in heilongjiang province and weak alkaline soil in Shanxi Province) to research the application effect of microbial compound inoculants. Onsidering group of the effect of marginal straw returning as CK (A group) , studied the effect of straw returning combined with microbial compound inoculants(B group) on straw decomposition degree, changes in soil nutrient and yield of rape. The results showed: No matter the acidic or alkaline soil, the soil organic matter, alkali solution nitrogen, rapid available phosphorus such as nutrient contents were both increased under the same management conditions after adding microbial compound inoculants on the basis of straw returned. The microbial compound inoculants could accelerate the marginal straw decomposition and nutrient release and then significantly improved agronomic traits and yield of marginal.
