摘要
以河南电信运营商员工为调查对象,在访谈分析的基础上,新加入了同行竞争维度,从个体因素、组织因素、环境因素三方面,编制工作压力量表。综合运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的方法,构建了电信运营商员工工作压力源的六因素模型。最后,以工作绩效为结果变量,对工作压力源的属性进行了判定。
This paper surveys employees in Henan telecom operators and designs the work stress scale on the basis of interview,which in- cludes individual factors, organizational factor, and environmental factors. And peer competition stress is a new dimension posed by interview re search. Then we construct a six-dimension model of work stressors of employees in telecom operators by exploratory and confirmatory factor a- nalysis. Finally, as for the work performance criterion, this paper discusses the attributes of work stressors.
