摘要
基于新经济地理学的研究框架对行政垄断因素与市场配置因素对于中部地区制造业地理集聚进行实证研究。实证结论表明:行政垄断因素和市场配置因素对中部地区产业集聚发展都有显著影响,但前者的影响大于后者;行政垄断对中部制造业地理集聚的影响是多重的,以征税为代表的传统行政垄断措施不利于产业集聚的提升。此外,对于不同类型的制造业的地理集聚水平变化,发挥作用的市场配置因素也不相同:对于高水平集聚行业的地理集聚而言,市场配置因素中的金钱外部性因素的影响最为显著;对于中等水平集聚行业而言,规模外部性因素的影响最为显著;知识外部性对于中部地区制造业地理集聚的影响都不显著。
On the basis of the research framework of the new economic geograph, this paper con- ducts an empirical study of the effects of administrative monopoly and market allocation on the man- ufacturing industry geographical cluster in the central region. The results indicate that both administra- tive monopoly and market allocation have significant influence on the development of the manufactur- ing industry cluster in the central region, but the influence of the former is bigger than that of the latter. The administrative monopoly has multiple influences on the manufacturing industry cluster in the central region, while the traditional administrative monopoly measures represented by taxation go against the promotion of industry cluster. In addition, for the changes of gepgraphical clusters of dif- ferent types of manufacturing industry, the market allocation factors playing their roles are also differ- ent. As for the gepgraphical clusters of high level clustering industries, the effect of the moncy exter- nal factor among the market allocation factors is most significant. As for the clustering industries of middle level, the effect of the scale external factor is most significant. The effects of knowledge ex- ternality on gepgraphical cluster of manufacturing industry in the central region are not significant.
