摘要
分析了汽车碳罐保护罩的结构特点,利用Moldflow软件确定了塑件浇口位置,设计了综合式分型面、侧抽芯机构和斜推杆内抽芯等结构,介绍了注射模结构及工作过程。模具结构合理,达到了塑件的技术要求。
The structural characteristic of automobile carbon canister protective cover was analyzed. The gate location of the plastic part was determined by Moldflow software. The comprehensive type of parting surface, the side core-pulling mechanism and inclined push rod inner core-pulling structure, etc. were disigned. The injection mould structure and the working process were introduced.
