摘要
谈文介绍投影仪前盖注射模结构，阐述其工作过程，并从浇注系统、侧抽芯结构、推出结构、先复位结构以及冷却系统等方面分析了模具的设计要点和应注意的问题，模具结构合理，动作平稳，避免了塑件的损伤和顶白，能满足塑件质量和批量生产要求。
This paper introduces the injection mold structure of projector front cover, explains its working process, analyzes the mold design points and problems which should be paid attention from gating system, side core -pulling mechanism, ejector mechanism, pre reset mechanism, cooling system and other sides. The mold have reasonable structure and smoothly action, it can prevent plastic parts damage and stress mark, can meet for the part quality and mass production requirements.
