摘要
目的 探讨围绝经期综合征采用激素间歇周期序贯疗法治疗的临床效果.方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2012年12月来我院进行治疗的126例围绝经期综合征患者的临床资料,将所有的患者按照入院就诊的先后顺序分为观察组及对照组,各63例,观察组患者采用间歇周期序贯疗法治疗,对照组患者采用连续周期序贯法治疗.结果观察组与对照组的Kupperman评分、FSH水平用药3个月、用药1年及用药2年均明显低于用药前,E2水平明显高于用药前,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患者的Kupperman评分、FSH水平、E2水平在用药前、用药3个月、用药1年及用药2年比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.观察组子宫内膜厚度及乳腺腺体层厚度与对照组比较均明显较小,乳腺导管宽度明显变窄,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论采用激素间歇周期序贯疗法治疗围绝经期综合征患者效果较好,可以在临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the effect of perimenopausal syndrome treated with intermittent hormonal cycle sequential therapy. Methods The clinical data of 126 cases with perimenopausal syndrome were retrospective analyzed and they were selected from 2008.1 to 2012.12 in our hospital for treatment, all the patients were divided into observation group and control group accordance with the sequence admitted to hospital for treatment, there were 63 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with intermittent cycle sequential, the control group was treated with a continuous cycle of sequential. Results Kupperman score, FSH levels of observation group and control group on the medication three months, medication and medication two years were significantly lower than before treatment, E2 levels was significantly higher than before treatment, with significant difference（P〈0.05 ）; There were no significant difference in the Kupperman score , FSH levels,E2 levels of two groups among before treatment, medication three months, medication and medication 1 year 2 years（P〉0.05）. Endometrial thickness and mammary glands of the observation group were significantly smaller thickness than the control group,ductal width significantly narrowered, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perimenopausal syndrome patients with intermittent cycles of sequential hormone therapy is better, in clinical application.
