摘要
电阻字码的示值错误、漏字等问题是影响产品质量的重要因素。该文研究了贴片电阻字码的识别算法,实现了电阻字码的自动识别,可在线剔除不良品。该算法在对图像进行预处理后,采用Hough变换进行旋转校正,利用连通域法和行扫描法分割出单个字符,再用模板匹配法对电阻字码进行识别。结果表明,该算法鲁棒性好,识别精度高。
Error value of the resistance and missing words are the important factors that affect the quality of the product .This paper studies the SMD resister word recognition algorithm , to realize automatic recognition of resistance word , so as to timely eliminate non-conforming online .After the image preprocessing , Hough transform is adopted to improve the rotation correction , the connected domain method and scanning method is used to segment the individual characters , finally use template matching method to identify resistance word . The results show that the algorithm has good robustness and high accuracy .
