摘要
目的探索萨提亚模式团体干预对大学生自尊的影响。方法采用自尊量表(SES)筛选某高校大学生32人随机分为实验组(n=16)和对照组(n=16),对实验组进行为期8周、每周1次的萨提亚模式团体干预。结果①干预前实验组与对照组自尊得分无显著差异,干预后实验组得分显著优于对照组(t=2.22,P<0.05);②实验组被试干预前后自尊得分均差异显著(t=2.36,P<0.05);③实验组被试干预前与干预后3个月追踪后测得分均差异显著(t=2.79,P<0.05)。结论萨提亚模式团体干预能有效提高大学生自尊水平。
Objective To explore the efficacy of the Satir model group psychological intervention on self-esteem of college students. Methods A total of 32 college students were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 16 ) and the control group (n = 16 ), which were screened by Self - Esteem Scale (SES) in one university. The Satir model group psychological intervention was given to the experimental group once a week for 8 weeks. Restflts (1) Before group psychological intervention, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group on the score of SES scale ( t = 0. 30, P 〉 0.05 ) ; And the score of the experimental group on the scale was statistically higher than that of the control group after group psychological intervention ( t = 2. 22, P 〈 0.05 ). (2) Before and after group psychological intervention, there was significant difference of SES in the experimental group ( t = 2. 36, P 〈 0. 05 ). (3) The score on the self-esteem after 3 months were extremely significantly higher than that of pretest ( t = 2. 79, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The Satir model group psychological intervention can effectively enhance the students'level of the self-esteem.
