摘要
当前,"职业教育就是就业教育"的理念正在受到挑战,高职学前教育专业人才培养目标需要重新构建。不仅如此,来自世界范围内的教师专业化发展的推动、高等教育思想的变革以及学前教育行业和机构的多样化都为学前教育专业人才培养提出了新的要求。理想的学前教育专业应该培养具有全面教师专业素质的专业化幼儿教师;培养具有广泛适应能力和专业引领能力的幼儿教师;培养具有良好专业态度、学习方式和终身学习能力的幼儿教师;培养具有创业精神与能力的幼儿教育实践家。
