摘要 针对某型地空导弹发射制导车红外位标器无法在大修或备件状态下进行故障诊断的问题,对红外位标器的结构原理进行了研究,采用自动测试技术开发了一种红外位标器自动测试仪;该系统采用灯珠阵列为红外测试源模拟导弹真实运动,以单片机为主控模块缩小了系统体积;系统对3个红外位标器分别进行了3组对比测试;测试结果表明,该系统测试时间短,测试结果可信度高,运行稳定可靠,测试成本低。 For a certain type of ground--air missile launching vehicle infrared target seeker the fault diagnosis can~ t be conducted in overhaul or spare part, Structure Principles of the infrared target seeker are studied, and a new infrared target seeker auto testing equipment is developed based on auto testing technology. The equipment uses miniature bulb array for infrared test source to simulate the real motion of missile, the single chip microcomputer as the main control module to reduce system volume. Three contrast tests were performed with the e- quipment on each three infrared target seeker. The results of contrast testing show that, test time of the system is short, test results is high reliable, running is stable and reliable, and test cost is low.
