摘要 跟踪性能是红外导引系统的重要技术指标,随着使用环境的日益复杂,红外导引系统的高低温性能变得越来越重要;为保证产品质量,生产过程中必须加强对红外导引系统的高低温性能检测;利用先进的自动测控技术,外加红外目标模拟器、转台、通用标准设备、工控机等组成硬件系统,在专用测试程序的控制下,实现红外导引系统高低温跟踪性能的自动检测;实践证明,利用该技术的测试系统性能可靠,使用维护简单方便,极大地提高了产品的测试精度和效率,具有较显著的效益。 Track performance is an important specification of infrared seeker system, along with the working environment increasingly complicated, track performance under high-- low temperature environment become more and more important. To ensure the quality of prod- ucts, it must be tested during the production process. Make use of the advanced automatic--control measuring technique, system hardware consists of infrared target simulator, turntable, universal standard equipment and industrial control computer, and the automatic test of track performance under high--low temperature environment is realized under the control of dedicated testing program. The test system is reliable, its use and maintenance are simple and convenient, greatly improves the product precision and efficiency.
