重度宫腔粘连宫腔镜下分离术后不同抗粘连方法的比较 被引量:4

摘要 目前,宫腔镜手术已成为临床上诊治宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhensions,IUA)的优先选择手段。宫腔镜直视下行宫腔粘连分离术,可安全、有效地分离或切除宫腔粘连处。但术后宫腔可再次发生粘连,其发生情况与术前的粘连程度紧密相关。本次研究对患者宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后留置不同的宫内留置物,比较患者的月经恢复情况,从而确定其临床价值。报道如下。
