摘要
目的探讨延续护理模式在不孕症合并宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜术后护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年2月~2018年7月间我院收治的82例不孕症合并宫腔粘连患者,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各41例,对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予延续护理模式,对两组患者的疾病认知良好率、月经恢复率及并发症发生率、护理满意度进行观察及评估。结果观察组疾病认知良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组月经恢复率高于对照组,而并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理模式应用于不孕症合并宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜术后具有较高的临床价值,能够提高疾病认知程度的同时改善预后,值得应用及推广。
Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing mode in nursing for patients with infertility complicated with intrauterine adhesions after hysteroscopic surgery. Methods 82 patients with infertility complicated with intrauterine adhesions admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to July 2018 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups, each with 41 patients. The control group was given general care, while the observation group was give continuous nursing. The disease awareness rate, menstrual recovery rate, complication rate,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and evaluated. Results The disease awareness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The menstrual recovery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous nursing mode has high clinical value in in nursing for patients with infertility complicated with intrauterine adhesions after hysteroscopic surgery. It can improve both the disease awareness and the prognosis, showing the value of application and promotion.
