摘要
目的探讨Girdin蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及作用机制。方法采用免疫组化方法检测Girdin、E-钙黏素(E-cadherin)和微血管密度(MVD)在128例乳腺浸润性导管癌、38例导管内癌、30例单纯性导管上皮增生和30例正常乳腺组织中的表达情况,分析Girdin表达的临床病理意义及其与E-cadherin和MVD的相关性。结果 Girdin在正常乳腺组织、单纯性导管上皮增生、导管内癌及浸润性导管癌中表达阳性率分别为10.0%、23.3%、42.1%及51.6%(P<0.05)。乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Girdin表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、人表皮生长因子受体2表达、E-cadherin低表达、MVD计数均呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 Girdin在乳腺癌的发生、演变过程中起重要作用,可作为预测乳腺癌预后的参考指标。
Objective To invasive breast ductal carcinoma. investigate the expression and Methods The expressions of underlying mechanism of Girdin in Girdin, E-cadherin and microvessel density(MVD) were detected by immunohistochemistry in 128 cases of invasive breast ductal carcinoma, 38 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ,30 cases of duetal epithelial hyperplasia and 30 cases of normal breast tissues. The clinical pathological significance of Girdin and its correlation with E-cadherin and MVD were evaluated in breast invasive duetal carcinoma. Results The positive rates of Girdin expression in normal breast tissues, ductal epithelial hyperplasia, duetal carcinoma in situ and invasive breast duetal carcinoma were 10.0%, 23.3%, 42.1% and 51.6%, respectively(P〈0. 05). Girdin expression in invasive breast duetal carcinoma was positively correlated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, HER-2 expression, lower expression of E-cadherin and MVD(P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Conclusion Girdin plays an important role in the development and progression of invasive breast duetal carcinoma and may be taken as an indicator for predicting the prognosis of breast cancer.
