摘要
针对太钢集团能动总厂发电机组,研发了厂级监控信息系统,并可应用于多种发电方式机组,实现了多种方式发电机组之间的信息共享、数据采集、数据存储、数据查询、数据统计及分析、性能指标比对、电负荷与热负荷的优化分配等功能,提高了生产效率及管理水平。通过对热、电负荷的优化分配可节省蒸汽量9t/h左右。通过对燃煤、燃气锅炉的负荷优化分配,在锅炉所需蒸发量大于520t/h时,节约燃煤量50~130kg/h;在锅炉所需蒸发量小于520t/h时节约低热值(2958kJ/m3)煤气量7709m3/h。
The plant level supervisory information system (SIS) was developed for power genera- tion units in Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co. , Ltd. (TISCO). Application of SIS in unit with multiple generation modes helped realizing information sharing, data collection, data storage, data query,data statistics and analysis, performance index comparison, distribution optimization of e- lectric and heat load, and other functions, which enhanced the production efficiency and manage- ment level. Distribution optimization of the electric and heat load can save steam with amount of about 9 t/h. Thus,when the required evaporation capacity is larger than 520 t/h,the load distribu- tion optimization of the boiler can save fuel with amount of 50 kg/h to 130 kg/h,other than the load distribution optimization can help the boiler save gas with low heat caloric value (2 958 kJ/m3 ) by 7 709 ma/h.
