摘要
介绍了一种新型季铵盐固体 DZ- 1的合成方法 ,初步研究了季铵盐作为单组分缓蚀剂对碳钢在盐酸酸洗液中的缓蚀性能 ,讨论了缓蚀剂浓度、酸液浓度、温度和 Fe3+浓度等因素对缓蚀效果影响 .实验结果表明 ,新型季铵盐固体 DZ- 1具有合成方法简单、不燃不爆、用量低、缓蚀性能好的优点 ,可直接用作温度低于 70℃、浓度小于 10 %的盐酸酸洗缓蚀剂 .
This paper introduces a method for the synthesis of a new quaternary ammonium salt solid DZ-1, the inhibition properties of DZ-1 are studied on the effect of concentration, temperature of acid solution, amount of Fe 3+ in acid solution, and concentration of inhibitor etc. The result shows that the described quaternary ammonium salt is an excellent kind of inhibitor, low dosage, no burning and no exploding, being synthesized briefly,and it can be straight used as the inhibitor for less than 10% hydrochloric acid pickling , under 70℃.
