摘要
在自行设计的锅炉化学清洗动态试验台上进行了EDTA、柠檬酸、盐酸清洗介质中的挂片腐蚀速度测量和电化学在线腐蚀速度测量试验。结果表明,在不同的清洗介质中采用电化学在线测量与常规的挂片测量所得20号碳钢的腐蚀速度基本一致。应用电化学测量技术可即时和直观地反映清洗过程的腐蚀速度变化情况,并可对锅炉化学清洗过程的腐蚀速度、缓蚀剂的有效加入量和缓蚀效果等进行快速有效的测量,及时反映清洗过程的腐蚀情况,避免清洗过程中腐蚀速度超标造成对锅炉性能的影响。
The corrosion rate of carbon steel C20 in EDTA, citric acid, hydrochloric acid was measured by testing mass loss of specimens and electrochemical on-line testing. The results indicate that the corrosion rate in different cleaning medium measured in the electrochemical on-line test is the same as that in mass loss. Moreover, the electrochemical on-line test can measure corrosion rate straightly, promptly and continuously, and reflect the inhibition of inhibitor and corrosive condition in the process of chemical cleaning in time. Thus it can avoid the side effect of over-corrosion in chemical cleaning on the performance of boilers.
