基于安全距离模型的汽车主被动结合CST技术 被引量:1

The CST Technology of the Car Combined Active and Passive Technology Based on the Safety Distance Model

摘要 针对目前主动技术和被动技术的单一性或者主动技术和被动技术简单相加的情况,提出一种基于安全距离模型的主动测距与被动碰撞吸能相结合的螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能(CST)技术。即以单片机技术为核心,通过毫米波雷达测得本车与前方车辆之间的距离,运用行车安全距离模型确定本车的安全状态,一旦发现两车之间的距离小于安全距离时,则立即启动螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能系统,从而实现根据汽车所处的安全距离自动确定螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能系统工作状态。并以此制作相应的电路板,以干燥路面情况下车速为36 km/h和速度84 km/h的危险状况进行实验。试验结果表明:系统能通过比较实际车辆之间的距离与安全距离大小,以此来控制CST的伸缩。 Aiming at the singularity of active safety technology or passive safety technology, or the simple sum of them, a CST technology which combines the measuring distance actively with absorbing the collision energy passively was proposed according to the safety distance model. The microcontroller technology is taken as the core. CST device used the millimeterwave radar to inspect the distance between self car and the front car, and the safety distance model determines the state degree of self car. If the distance is less than the safety distance, the CST device will be started. 5o the working status of the CST device is determined automatically, due the safety distance. And a circuit board was made, with the experiment of speed is 36 km/h and 84 km/h in dry pavement. The experiment results showed that the system can control the CST by comparing the actual distance between vehicles with a safe distance from the model.
