摘要 针对传统供水系统普遍存在的缺点:供水系统自动化程度低、可靠性差、水电资源浪费严重、供水效率低,同时,水泵长期高速运转轴承发热磨损严重,影响水泵使用寿命,也使系统维护工作更加复杂,以四川德阳某小区为例,介绍了基于PLC及变频调速技术的恒压供水自动控制系统的基本原理、硬件和软件设计。实践证明该系统电机启制动平稳、机械磨损小、灵活性强、供水质量高、水泵运行噪声小、自动化程度高,具有良好的经济效益。在易于管理、调速精度、稳定性、动态响应、可靠性和节能降耗等诸方面表现优越。 Traditional water supply system had widespread defects,such as the low degree of automation,poor reliability,and serious waste of hydropower resources and low efficiency of water supply.At the same time,water pump in long-term high-speed running led bearing wear to fever,reduced water pump service life,and made the system maintenance work complex.This article,taking a district in Deyang of Sichuan for example,introduced the basic principle,hardware and software design of constant pressure water supply automatic control system based on PLC and frequency control technology.Practice had proved that the system has the following advantages:steady motor start-brake,small mechanical wear,flexibility,high-quality water supply,small pump operation noise,high degree of automation and good economic benefits.The system also had superior performance in aspects of easy to manage,speed accuracy,stability,dynamic response,reliability and energy saving.
