构建科技企业的创新性科研奖励制度——以X公司为例

Construction of Innovative Scientific Research Reward System of Science and Technology Enterprises——Take the X Company as an Example

摘要 X公司为了激发组织成员的工作效率,特别推出了新的科研奖励制度。经过几轮形式上的讨论之后,新制度终于出台了。人们在不知道自己曾经提出的完善建议是否被采纳了的情况下,感觉到新制度来得有些太突然,员工们在看到了新的奖励制度后,认为其中仍然存在着很多问题:执行时间有重复;新旧制度不连续;奖励级别欠妥当;学术交流缺效率;奖励措施未普适。本文针对这一现状,深入剖析了存在问题的原因,并提出了有针对性的完善对策。 X company in order to inspire members work efficiency, particularly the inlroduction of a new scientific award system. After several rounds of discussion in form, the new system was finally enacted. People in the know that they have not put forward suggestions of improvement are adopted by the circumstances, feel the new system came too suddenly, employees to see new incentive system, one that still exist many problems: the execution time is repeated; old and new system is not continuous; bonus levels not proper academic exchanges; the lack of etficiency; incentives is not universal. In view of the present situation,This article analyzes the reasons of the existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures.
